Account Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 1/6/2026

Capicú users may permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.

This policy applies to accounts created using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to:
📧 ttpgamesinc@gmail.com

Include:

• Your display name or player ID
• The email is linked to your Google or Apple account
• Subject: Account Deletion Request

Option 2: In-App (If Available)

If supported in the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account

What Happens After Deletion

Once confirmed:

• Your Capicú account has been permanently deleted
• Game progress and data are erased or anonymized
• Linked Google or Apple identifiers are removed
• Deletion is irreversible

Processing time: Up to 30 days

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained temporarily for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Financial reporting (as required by law)

This data is not used for marketing or gameplay.
